Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Teach customers how to properly use their devices and software
- Ensure proper recording and documentation of customer interactions
- Identify and suggest additional products or services that may benefit customers
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a technical support role, L1
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
