Role: Administrator – German desk
Location: Dublin city centre (Hybrid model)
Work hrs: Monday - Friday (office hrs)
Salary: €32K p/a + benefits (healthcare insurance, gym membership allowance, taxsaver tickets, cycle to work scheme, pension)
- Supporting the Sales department with administrative tasks.
- Reviewing and processing client contracts.
- Entering relevant information into Databases.
- Maintaining and updating multiple Databases.
- Contacting customers by phone and email to obtain missing information and update contact details etc.
- Maintaining and updating sales records.
- Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
