Role: Administrator – German desk
- Supporting the sales department with administrative tasks.
- Reviewing and processing contracts.
- Contacting customers by phone and email to answer queries / obtain missing information and update contact details etc.
- Maintaining and updating sales records.
- Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
- Fluent English and German
- Previous experience working administration, content review or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
