Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our client’s Buyer’s Team in Dublin.

As the Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company purchasing processes. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires fluency in English and German, strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers to track order status and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve purchasing processes and procedures
• Assist in managing supplier contracts
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor industry trends and perform market research to identify potential new suppliers

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Min 2 years administrative experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and procedures
• Fluent in English and in German
