Role: Administrator – German desk
Location: Hannover
Salary: €2667 p/m + benefits
Work model: Hybrid (onsite during the probation period of 6 months).
Role duties:
- Supporting the Contract Renewals department with administrative tasks.
- Reviewing and processing Contract Renewals agreements.
- Entering relevant information into Databases.
- Maintaining and updating multiple Databases.
- Contacting customers by phone and email to obtain missing information and update contact details etc.
- Maintaining and updating sales records.
- Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Communicative level of English and fluent German.
- Previous experience working in administration, content review or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
