Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and order processing.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales-related tools preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide exceptional service.
