Role: Administrator – German desk
Location: Ireland (Remote / WFH)
Salary: €32 K p/a + benefits
Role duties:
- Supporting Sales department with administrative tasks.
- Reviewing and processing client contracts
- Entering relevant information into Databases.
- Maintaining and update multiple Databases.
- Contacting customers by phone and email to obtain missing information and update contact details etc.
- Maintaining and updating sales / lease records.
- Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German
- Previous experience working administration, content review or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
