Job Description

Role: Administrator – German desk

Location: Ireland (Remote / WFH) 

Salary: €32 K p/a  + benefits

Role duties:

  • Supporting Sales department with administrative tasks.
  • Reviewing and processing client contracts 
  • Entering relevant information into Databases.
  • Maintaining and update multiple Databases.
  • Contacting customers by phone and email to obtain missing information and update contact details etc.
  • Maintaining and updating sales / lease records.
  • Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and German
  • Previous experience working administration, content review or a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
