Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with community standards and guidelines.
- Moderate content on the company platform to identify inappropriate or harmful material.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content quality and user engagement.
- Identify trends and potential issues within user-generated content to inform content strategies.
- Ensure timely review and turnaround of content to maintain platform integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine content moderation processes.
- Participate in training and workshops to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in content moderation or review within a digital media environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze content critically.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for enhancing user experiences.
