Responsibilities:
- Evaluate user-generated content (videos, images, text) against platform-specific Community Standards and Legal policies.
- Apply objective judgment to remove, flag, or escalate content involving hate speech, harassment, misinformation, or graphic violence.
- Perform deep-dives into reported accounts to identify patterns of automated abuse, spam
- Maintain high levels of personal resilience while reviewing potentially disturbing or sensitive material.
- Review and process appeals from users who believe their content was removed or their account was restricted in error.
- Identify and report bugs and glitches in the moderation tools to the engineering and product teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members.
- Ability to work with sensitive content.
- Fluent in Hebrew and in English.
