About the Role:
As a Credit Control Specialist, you'll manage credit risk and collections for our client's German-speaking markets, working with a diverse portfolio of B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end credit control processes for German-speaking accounts
- Monitor overdue accounts and conduct proactive collections via phone and email
- Build strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues
- Assess credit applications and set appropriate credit limits
- Prepare regular reports on aged debt and collection activities
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams across Europe
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
What You'll Need:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) - essential
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
