Job Description

Role: Customer service agent

Salary: €27K p/a + bonus (circa €2000+), benefits (AL, healthcare insurance, free car park) 

Relocation: up to €1450

Location: Limerick, Ireland

Work model: Hybrid (morning and afternoon shifts including weekends on a rotating basis)

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Client as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. Your friendly and positive attitude will ensure that our customers have a great experience with our company.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
  • Assist customers in placing orders, updating account information, and navigating our website
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and promotions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and navigation
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
  • Fluent in English and in French
