Role: Customer service agent
Salary: €28K p/a + bonus + benefits (healthcare insurance, free car park, continuous training )
Relocation: up to €1450 (when relocating from outside of Ireland)
Location: Limerick
Work model: Hybrid (min 3 days onsite)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and in English
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by telephone and email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
- Set up new customer accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
