Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to customers.
- Participate in training programs to improve service skills and knowledge about the company’s offerings.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
Work schedule: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
