Role: Customer Service Representative – Czech Speaking Market
Salary: €36.5K p/a + late shift and performance bonuses (circa 2K)
Work Hours: 4-Day Working Week (rotating shifts including some weekends and late evenings)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional assistance via chat and email, prioritizing first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently handle a wide variety of account and player-related queries within set service timeframes.
- Take full responsibility for customer issues, ensuring they are resolved directly or escalated to the correct department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within internal databases and CRM systems.
- Keep the user community informed about the latest products, service features, and promotional offers.
- Assist in business growth through outbound sales campaigns (strictly no cold calling).
- Partner with various internal departments to support broader business goals.
Requirements:
- Professional-level fluency in both English and Czech is essential.
- Previous background in customer service (e.g., contact center, retail, or hospitality).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
