Job Description

Role: Customer Service Representative (French and German speaking)

Work model: Hybrid

Salary: up to €40K p/a DOE + bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about the company medical devices, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to address customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German, French and English
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and a basic understanding of medical devices is a plus.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
