Role: Customer service representative (Japanese speaking market)
Salary: €27000 p/a + up tp 10% bonus + benefits (healthcare insurance, free car park, relocation available if relocating from outside of Ireland)
Location: Limerick
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally and courteously, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns
- Listen actively to determine the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department
- Build rapport with customers and maintain strong relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer needs are met
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide consistent and reliable customer support
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Fluent in English and in Japanese
