Job Description

Role: Customer service representative 

Work model: Remote (within Ireland) 

Work hrs: 9pm – 7am, 4 nights rotating shift (including weekends from time to time) 

 

What’s on offer: 

Salary: €28.5K p/a (that’s €27.5 p/a basic  + 1K p/a night shifts allowance) + bonus

Bonus: Up to 10% (paid at the end of the year, pro- rated)

Responsibilities: 

  • Deal with customer queries through calls, emails, and online chat tool
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide advice, information, and solutions to all customers
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Display a positive attitude and high level of commitment
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional way at all times

 

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in English
  • Customer support experience 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Ability to adapt to new changes in a fast pace environment
  • Interest in online gaming market
