Job Description

Role: Customer service representative (French speaking market) 

Salary: €27000 p/a + up tp 10% bonus + benefits (healthcare insurance, free car park, relocation available if relocating from outside of Ireland) 

Location: Limerick

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers professionally and courteously, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns
  • Listen actively to determine the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain strong relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer needs are met
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide consistent and reliable customer support

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Fluent in English and in French
