Job Description

Customer Success Manager - German desk

Salary:             up to €3300 per month (DOE)

                         RON up to 16000 per month (DOE)

Location:         Bucharest, Romania (Option to work remotely) 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out business reviews with company clients providing insight on ie: new features, the Service usage, Microsoft / AWS Service usage
  • Dealing with escalation management
  • Complete root cause analysis of issues raised by customers
  • Providing technical and systems management advisory services
  • Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for other members of the department
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
  • Maintain up to date working knowledge of the technologies supported by Cloud Managed Services
  • Mentor team members and be their POC
  • Provide leadership in highly complex projects  throughout the pre-sales and initial planning process
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred
  • Background in Technology Services
  • Experience working within cloud technologies sector
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Excellent problem solving and assertive consultative skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Confident individual that’s highly motivated and results oriented
  • Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations in a professional manner
  • Have a passion for cloud technology
  • Fluent level of English and German
