We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Customer Support Agent assigned to a German speaking desk. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse customer base, providing assistance through email and chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex problems
- Identify and escalate trends or patterns in customer issues to the management team
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments to provide effective support
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customers
- Interest in iGaming is a big PLUS
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends, as required
