Are you a fluent Danish speaker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading MedTech company in Limerick for a Danish Speaking Order Management Specialist to join their team.

The Role

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently for Danish-speaking markets
  • Act as the main point of contact for Danish-speaking clients and distributors
  • Liaise with internal teams including logistics, finance, and sales to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Handle order queries, discrepancies, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records within the ERP/CRM system
  • Support continuous improvement of order management processes

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Danish and English – written and spoken (essential)
  • Previous experience in order management, administration, or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams and time zones
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems an advantage
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
