Job Description

Role:   Dutch-speaking Customer service agent

Location: Dublin

Salary: €33250 salary + bonus  + relocation package

Work hrs: Mon – Fri (Onsite training. Hybrid model: Once the training has been successfully completed: min 1 week onsite per month) 

 

Main tasks:

  • Respond to customers' emails
  • Assisting customers over the phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable systems
  • Transfers calls to appropriate departments when required
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • Previous customer service experience is a big plus however, candidates with no customer service background will also be considered as full training is provided
  • Good IT skills
