Role: Dutch - speaking customer service agent
Location: Dublin
Salary: €34200 (incl LA) + bonus + relocation package (up to €800)

Work hrs: Mon – Fri
- Onsite training (circa 2 months)
- Hybrid model: Once the training has been successfully completed: min 1 week onsite per month. (subject to change at some stage in the future)
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and shipping, to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle irate or difficult customers
- Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
