Job Description

Role: Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative - min 6 month contract 

As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have. 


  • Interact with customers via phone, email to provide assistance and address their inquiries and concerns
  • Listen actively to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Empathy and the ability to understand and address customers' needs and concerns
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools


What's on offer:

Salary: pro rata of €30K p/a 

Work model: Remote (from Ireland)

Work hrs: Mon - Fri (office hrs)
