Dutch speaking Customer service role
Salary: €36K p/a pro rata
Contract: 6 months with view to extension / permanent

Duties:
- Answer customers queries via telephone or email
- Connect the calls with the appropriate department when / if required
- Accurately record and log interaction with customers and update account information
- Keeps sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
- Work with the management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
- Address customer questions about new products, services, promotions
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch and min intermediate level of English
- Good Communication Skills
