Role: French speaking administrator
Location: Co. Cavan
Salary: up to €30K p/a + benefits (private pension, life assurance, increasing AL)
Duties involve:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Giving quotations
- Arranging transport of orders
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that orders are processed as instructed by customers
- Complete sales order process from order entry through order invoicing
- Move orders through the work process from initiation to completion
- Review pending orders and follow up to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Order entry and customer support experience
- Experience with SAP required
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to multitask, build relationships, and work independently
- Organized, detail oriented and ability to manage time
- Fluent French + English
