Job Description

Role: French speaking administrator 

Location: Co. Cavan

Salary: up to €30K p/a + benefits (private pension, life assurance, increasing AL) 

Duties involve:

  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Giving quotations
  • Arranging transport of orders
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure that orders are processed as instructed by customers
  • Complete sales order process from order entry through order invoicing
  • Move orders through the work process from initiation to completion
  • Review pending orders and follow up to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Order entry and customer support experience
  • Experience with SAP required
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to multitask, build relationships, and work independently
  • Organized, detail oriented and ability to manage time
  • Fluent French + English
