Role: Customer service representative - DACH
Salary: €33250K p/a + bonus (2% flexi bonus: €650 + €455 annual bonus)
Relocation package: up to €800
Location: Dublin 24
Work model: min 1 week onsite / 3 weeks remote, every month. Please note that the training takes place onsite (1st month).

Main tasks:
- Manage high volume of incoming phone calls / emails / chats
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Meet personal and team targets and call handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Identify any potential areas of improvement and highlight them to your line manager
Requirements:
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to keep calm under pressure and a diplomatic but firm manner
- Proficient data entry and processing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent English and German
