Role: German-speaking Customer service agent
Location: Dublin
Salary: €34200 salary + bonus + relocation package

Work hrs: Mon – Fri (Onsite training. Hybrid model: Once the training has been successfully completed: min 1 week onsite per month)
Main tasks:
- Respond to customers' emails
- Assisting customers over the phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable systems
- Transfers calls to appropriate departments when required
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English
- Previous customer service experience is a big plus however, candidates with no customer service background will also be considered as full training is provided
- Good IT skills
