German speaking Outbound Customer Service roles
The roles are remote based initially and office when the pandemic is ends or it is safe to travel to work (as per Irish Government guidelines). The company office is based in Co. Cork, Ireland

Main responsibilities:
- Contacting existing customers to inform them about company additional services or new campaigns
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Keep an updated customer database
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in German and Engish
- Excellent communication, relationship building skills
- Telesales background / outbound calling experience
Salary: up to €33.5K p/a
