Job Description

German speaking Team Leader (REMOTE) Call Centre

Main tasks:

  • Assign tasks and set project deadlines
  • Manage day-to-day teams' operation
  • Motivate team members             
  • Conduct regular performance evaluation
  • Communicate with teams about their performance
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Plan and organize team building activities
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

 Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a busy contact centre or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Experience with organizing training programs
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Fluent level of German and English
