Role: German speaking Account Executive
Salary: €30K p/a + benefits + bonus

Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Develop personalized engagement strategies to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailor-made promotions to VIPs.
- Monitor client activity and usage patterns to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze feedback and performance metrics to improve services and offerings for VIP clients.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues that arise efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the gambling industry.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, especially in dealing with high-profile clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create actionable insights for business growth.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
- Fluent in German and in English
