Main responsibilities:
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Resolve customer queries via phone, email, mail or social media
- Liaise with other departments as necessary
- Any other tasks as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Native level of German and min advanced level of English
Salary: €35K p/a DOE
