Role: German speaking Contract Renewal Consultant
This is a WORK FROM HOME role during the Covid19 pandemic with the requirement to work from the office when the pandemic is over.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure timely renewal of all assigned accounts
- Negotiate contracts and maximise terms
- Prepare quotes for contract renewal
- Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing
- Work closely with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner
- Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems
- Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines, paying attention to details
- Effectively maintain and improve Knowledge Base Tool
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Salary: €25K basic + OTE (Circa €40K+)
