Role: German speaking Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email to provide assistance and address their inquiries and concerns
- Listen actively to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English and German
- Empathy and the ability to understand and address customers' needs and concerns
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
