Job Description

Role: German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Location: Barcelona

Work hrs: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (one hour for lunch)

Salary: €22K p/a

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails and chat
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Monitor, document, and alert developing trends in customer calls
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent German
  • High level of English written and spoken
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Tech-savvy
