German-Speaking Customer support agent role
Salary: €26,400 (Increasing to €27,400 after one year)
Location: Lija, Malta
The Role
Our client is a global iGaming company looking for a fluent German speaking Customer support agent to join their fast-paced operations team.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate: Research deposits, transactions, and account documents.
- Resolve: Manage request queues and solve problems for customers.
- Collaborate: Contact other departments to get issues fixed quickly.
- Learn: Become an expert on the company’s products and processes.
What You Need
- Fluent German (written and spoken).
- 1+ year of work experience.
- Good Tech Skills: Comfortable with internet software and multitasking.
- Flexibility: Able to work a rotating shift pattern (7 days a week).
