Job Description

Role: German speaking Sales Consultant

This is a work from home, #remote role with the requirement to travel within the South-West regions of Germany. The company offers generous remuneration package including basic salary, high OTE, relocation (if relocating from another country) + benefits. 

The ideal candidate will have sales background, however as full training is provided, recent graduates or experienced call centre agents will also be considered. 

Contract: 12 months with view to extension

Salary: up to €50K p/a including commission (€25K basic p/a + OTE)

Benefits: Healthcare, 23 days AL, laptop, mobile phone, petrol reimbursement

Location: South West of GERMANY (Home office) We are looking for suitable candidates based in the South - West of Germany or willing to relocate if you are based outside of the country.

Main responsibilities:

  • Finding new 5G site locations within designated regions (South-West) in Germany
  • Negotiating leases with new and existing Landlords through inbound and outbound calls
  • Visiting chosen location sites for visual Site reporting
  • Coordinating the process of acquiring new locations
  • Working closely with the Sales Admin Team to keep them updated with any changes made to the contract terms
  • Recording all new clients' information into the company’s database

 

Requirements:

  • Native level of German and min advanced level of English language skills
  • Ability to travel within designated regions in Germany
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned duties
  • Min 1 year of experience in sales (phone or field based), business development, lead generation (ANY SECTOR)
  • Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word are required
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Car and full drivers licence
