Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our client’s team as the Head of Acquisition in the iGaming industry. As the world of iGaming continues to evolve, we are looking for someone who can strategically lead our acquisition efforts and drive growth for the organization (with a strong emphasis on the Swiss market).

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing acquisition strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify target markets, develop compelling campaigns, and optimize conversion funnels. Your expertise in the industry will be crucial in staying ahead of the competition and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of the customer acquisition strategy, with a focus on increasing player base and revenue, in particular on the Swiss market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and target key customer segments
  • Develop and implement innovative acquisition campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, affiliate partnerships, and offline media
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities
  • Manage and grow relationships with external partners, including affiliate networks and marketing agencies
  • Track and report on acquisition metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision making
  • Managing a Team of 3 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer acquisition, preferably in the iGaming industry (within the Swiss market)
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful acquisition campaigns
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in using analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the iGaming industry
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and / or French is a PLUS
