Our Client has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their Team.
Location: Dublin North
Role: HR Business Partner
Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Salary: up to €52K + bonus + benefits (healthcare, pension, 23 days AL)
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 year's relevant experience operating at HR Business Partner Level
- Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Law
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and project management capabilities
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Able to influence all levels in the organization and client
- Fluent written and spoken English
