Job Description

Role: HR Coordinator

Salary: €30K p/a + bonus 

Benefits: Increasing AL, healthcare, flexi time, dental plan, gym membership

Location: Dublin 2

Main duties:

  • Recruitment, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, scheduling interviews with hiring managers 
  • Scheduling new hire reminders, scheduling trainings as required
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
  • Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Administering benefits based on each location
  • Creating and processing employee contracts and amendments
  • Coordinating the smooth administration of HR

 

Requirements:

  • Very organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role
  • Experience: Ideally 2 years of recruitment and/or HR admin experience. Experience drafting employment contracts is a bonus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
