HR Generalist / Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter.

Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Update HR policy and procedure changes according to legislation and best practice
- Manager and coordinate the company's disciplinary processes
- Work closely with the senior managers in relation to providing them with up to date information on changes in policies
- Provide general employment law information and advice to Department Managers
- Support and drive HR projects and people initiatives
- Work closely with Payroll and Finance teams
- Ensure HR practices comply with government policy change and local laws
- Provide guidance and support to Team Leaders and Managers on employee relations issues.
- Resolve routine HR requests as needed.
- Establishe strong relationships within all levels within the company
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Coordinate recruitment and selection process of current vacancies, liaising with 3rd party agencies, candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Manager the end-to-end recruitment process and on-boarding.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist – min 2 years
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong PC Skills
- Fluency in English (oral and written communication)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, analytical and highly organize
