Job Description

HR Generalist / Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist/Recruiter.

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Work: Hybrid

Salary: Neg DOE (when applying for the role, please state your salary expectation)

Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Update HR policy and procedure changes according to legislation and best practice
  • Manager and coordinate the company's disciplinary processes
  • Work closely with the senior managers in relation to providing them with up to date information on changes in policies
  • Provide general employment law information and advice to Department Managers
  • Support and drive HR projects and people initiatives
  • Work closely with Payroll and Finance teams  
  • Ensure HR practices comply with government policy change and local laws
  • Provide guidance and support to Team Leaders and Managers on employee relations issues.
  • Resolve routine HR requests as needed.
  • Establishe strong relationships within all levels within the company
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection process of current vacancies, liaising with 3rd party agencies, candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Manager the end-to-end recruitment process and on-boarding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist – min 2 years
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong PC Skills
  • Fluency in English (oral and written communication)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and highly organize
