Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and operations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR programs, policies, and benefits.
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and employee feedback sessions.
Oversee employee relations matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role or related position.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and management.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
