Job Description

IT Helpdesk Leipzig, Germany 

Responsibilities:

  • Level 1 and level 2 technical support
  • Troubleshoot queries via phone, email and remotely
  • Assisting internal stakeholders and company clients with technical issues related to business applications, troubleshooting software and hardware
  • Maintain web browser security, anti virus systems and resolve problems where needed
  • Work on project
  • Any other tasks as assigned by line manager

Requirements:

  • Communicative level of German, fluent English
  • Min 1 years experience in a similar role (IT support helpdesk)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10
  • Able to multitask, work as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working within IT Financial sector is a advantage (not a must)
  • Valid work permit for Germany
  • DHCP/ DNS /Active Directory experience
  • Experience with Office 365
