Role: IT Systems Administrator
Salary: €35K p/a

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network security and performance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
- Provide technical support to staff, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery measures are effective.
- Document processes and system configurations for future reference.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to enhance and improve overall IT policies and protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role. (min 1 year)
- Excellent understanding of computer systems, servers, and databases.
- Familiarity with network security and data privacy principles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
- Technical certifications like CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
