Role: Italian speaking Inside sales executive role
Contract: 6 months (with view to perm / contract ext)
- Build strong relationships with existing client base
- Ensure timely contract renewal of all assigned accounts
- Negotiate contracts when required
- Prepare quotes for contract renewal
- Work closely with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner
- Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems
- Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines, paying attention to details
- Effectively maintain and improve Knowledge Base Tool
- Previous experience in inside sales, high volume outbound calls environment
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Salary: €25K basic pro rata + OTE circa 40K (p/a pro rata)
Work hrs: Mon – Fri
This is a WORK FROM HOME role during Covid19 period with the requirement to work from the office when the pandemic is over.
