Job Description

As a Junior Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, providing proactive solutions to administrative challenges while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing logistics. Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for senior staff members.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports.
  • Conduct research as needed for various projects and assignments.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and databases for easy access to information.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and in German.
