Role: Technical Support Analyst
Location: Mechelen, BE
Salary: DOE (Attractive / competitive) + benefits

Main tasks (not limited to):
- Working with internal and external customers to identify technical problems and advising on the solution
- Testing, diagnosing and repairing faulty hardware supplied by the organisation
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Logging and keeping records of all the queries
- Analysing call logs to spot common issues
- Quality checks and test software and hardware solutions
Requirements:
- Min 1 year Technical support experience (any sector)
- SQL exp
- Fluent level of English + Spanish / Italian / Portuguese / French / German / Dutch / Danish
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
- Ability to deal with difficult callers
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well individually and as part of the team
- Strong communications skills
