Job Description

Payroll administrator – REMOTE – Slovenian / Slovene speaking market

Location: Remote (Slovenia)

What’s on offer: up to €30,000 p/a DOE

Benefits:

  • Remote work allowance) - €50 p/month

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and support of payroll processes in accordance with the company's standards
  • Assisting the company clients with any questions regarding HR and labor law of the country served (including direct e-mail or telephone contact with the client's employees)
  • Database administration (SAP HR / PY or other), registration of payroll and other data defined by the scope of services for the client and the service model
  • Time management, in particular, the administration and monitoring of complex processes and their impact on remuneration
  • Resolving problems related to taxes and social and / or health insurance.
  • Billing and payroll control
  • Other tasks defined by the provisions of labor law, the scope of services provided to the client as well as internal processes and procedures of the company

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of payroll
  • Fluent in Slovenian / Slovene and min communicative English
  • Experience in working in the SAP HR system will be an additional advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good work organization and the ability to work under time pressure
  • Analytical thinking and detail
  • Good communication skills
