Payroll administrator – REMOTE – Slovenian / Slovene speaking market
Location: Remote (Slovenia)
What’s on offer: up to €30,000 p/a DOE

Responsibilities:
- Administration and support of payroll processes in accordance with the company's standards
- Assisting the company clients with any questions regarding HR and labor law of the country served (including direct e-mail or telephone contact with the client's employees)
- Database administration (SAP HR / PY or other), registration of payroll and other data defined by the scope of services for the client and the service model
- Time management, in particular, the administration and monitoring of complex processes and their impact on remuneration
- Resolving problems related to taxes and social and / or health insurance.
- Billing and payroll control
- Other tasks defined by the provisions of labor law, the scope of services provided to the client as well as internal processes and procedures of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of payroll
- Fluent in Slovenian / Slovene and min communicative English
- Experience in working in the SAP HR system will be an additional advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work in a team
- Good work organization and the ability to work under time pressure
- Analytical thinking and detail
- Good communication skills
