Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee performance metrics and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement coaching plans tailored to individual employee needs.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement within teams.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure alignment on quality expectations and goals.
- Facilitate training sessions focusing on best practices and quality standards.
- Create and maintain documentation related to quality assessments and coaching sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and quality assessment techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coaching.
- Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Fluent in English and Danish
Salary: €33000 p/a
Bonus: up to 10% paid quarterly
